My writing group, the RBGs, got me through the pandemic. (The 2021 chapter of it anyway.) I don’t know what I would have done without our regular Zoom sessions, sharing pages, critiquing them, problem-solving, empathizing. We kept each other writing by setting deadlines and reinforcing them kindly.

The magical thing? Now, the four of us have new books publishing in 2022 or 2023, books written together in the pandemic.  We’re celebrating with a four-book giveaway for people who sign up for our newsletters. Four free books.

I love each of these award-winning books–Gretchen Cherington’s Poetic License, Debra Thomas’s Luz, and Ashley Sweeney’s Answer Creek. My own Copy Boy will be included in the bundle too. They’re each very different but they all feature a female protagonist who digs deep, who does the gritty work of survival. My favorite kind of hero.

Go ahead and SIGN UP. You won’t regret reading these books and learning more about these authors.

If you’d rather not miss any Jane Benjamin Novel updates, subscribe to the newsletter. New subscribers will receive a free ebook of Copy Boy. Through January 31, 2022, new subscribers will be eligible to win a free paperback advance reader copy of Tomboy before publication.
