If you’re interested in Sacramento’s regional history, you probably know James C. Scott, archivist at the Sacramento Public Library. And if you haven’t met him personally in the Downtown Library’s Sacramento Room, then you’ve probably attended a historical program he orchestrated. He is a treasure.

I am so honored to be in conversation with him at 2 pm 11/18 at the Robbie Waters Library (7335 Gloria Dr, Sacramento, CA 95831). We’ll be talking about Sacramento Women of World War II. James always provides illuminating context to historical conversation.
